RETURN POLICY
- ALL PROCESSES FOR RETURNS OR CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS IN RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING NUMBER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE. THERE COULD BE EXCEPTIONS WITHIN THE RETURNS PROCESSED WITHIN TREE BUSINESS DAYS.
- ONCE A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE, WE WILL EMAIL OUR RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) FORM TO THE EMAIL ON ACCOUNT. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM FILLED OUT AND SENT TO info@zenufashion.com . ALONG WITH PICTURES WITHIN THE DAY REQUESTED OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE SHOULD BE SHIPPED BACK BY USPS GROUND TO 3651 SIERRA PINE AVE. LOS ANGELES, CA 90058 WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING APPROVAL FROM OUR REPRESENTATIVE. THIS MEANS YOU MUST SHIP IT OUT WHITHIN 2 DAYS, WE DO NOT HAVE TO RECEIVE IT WHITHIN 2 DAYS. IF NOT, YOUR RETURN WILL BE CANCELLED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE SHIPPING FEES TO RETURN DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE REIMBURSED ONLY IF SENT VIA USPS GROUND. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED SHIPPING FEES IF SENT VIA ANY OTHER METHOD BESIDES USPS GROUND.
- NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY REASON. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. REFUND FOR THE NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE MADE WITH STORE CREDIT. ALL NON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISES WILL NEED CONFIRMATION FROM THE WAREHOUSE.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
(1) The customer refuses to accept the package.
(2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
